What kinds of trips can I book with Wide Inside?
From small-scale to incredibly grand.
As a Travel Counselor, I have access to an extensive network of reliable partners and suppliers. This allows me to book existing package tours for you or put together a completely unique, customized trip.
One important detail: I do not offer standalone flights. I always book flights as part of a complete trip. This is a requirement set by the airlines, and it ensures you’re better protected and completely taken care of.
Are the trips sustainable?

As a Travel Counselor and founder of Wide Inside, I strongly believe in the power of travel to connect, enrich, and inspire. At the same time, I believe it’s only natural to treat the world we enjoy so much with respect. With Wide Inside, my goal isn’t to encourage you to travel more, but to travel more deeply. I offer a mindful alternative to the plans you may already have in mind. By adding more depth to your journey, I invite you to see things differently, feel more intensely, and live more mindfully. On my website, aside from the Signature Journeys, you’ll find few detailed itineraries. But make no mistake, you can book all kinds of trips with me. From winter getaways to tropical honeymoons. From solo trips to multigenerational trips. From bushcraft adventures to private jet experiences.

As a Travel Counselor, I work closely with our trusted local partners. Together, we ensure that your trip goes smoothly, comfortably, and safely.
Are there any additional fees when booking with Wide Inside?
For every trip, I’ll provide you with a clear total price based on my suppliers’ current daily rates. That way, you’ll know exactly what to expect.
At Wide Inside, I charge an additional service fee of:
80 € per adult
50 € per child (up to age 18)
for flights and when purchasing a package tour.
Those are my service fees. Flights today are highly susceptible to last-minute changes, cancellations, and strikes. As a Travel Counsellor, I monitor these developments for you and am there to support you if anything changes. If something goes wrong with your flight during your trip, I’ll personally help you find a solution.
Of course, you’re completely free to book your flights on your own. Just keep in mind that, in that case, Travel Counsellors won’t be able to help you if there are any issues with those tickets.
If you book a package tour with me, I’ll be your first point of contact if you need assistance while you’re there. Plus, Travel Counsellors offers a 24/7 emergency service, so there’s always someone ready to help you, no matter where you are in the world.
Approach
What steps need to be taken before booking?
Before we embark on your journey together, I always schedule a no-obligation introductory meeting first. This way, we can both get a sense of whether our visions and expectations align.
During that meeting, we’ll delve deeper into what you’re truly looking for in your journey. What do you want to experience, what do you need, and what do you hope this journey will mean to you? In the next step, I’ll draft an initial, concise travel proposal for you.
After that, there’s plenty of room to make adjustments. We’ll refine the proposal until it feels right and you’re completely satisfied. You’ll then receive a more detailed travel proposal so we can really dot the i’s and cross the t’s together.
Ready to book? In that case, I’ll first ask you for a deposit so I can secure the arrangements with my suppliers and book the flights. From that point on, I can finalize your booking and take care of every last detail.

Can I find cheap deals at Wide Inside?
Not the cheapest, but the right trip.
I can offer package tours at the price you see online with the partner, plus my service fee.
For custom trips, I receive a single, transparent total price from our local partner for the complete package.
If you’re only looking for the absolute cheapest deal, I’m afraid I’ll have to disappoint you. Some online offers are temporary promotions that I can’t always match. Of course, you’re welcome to book those yourself, and sometimes you’ll indeed end up paying less.
But will you really have the trip that’s right for you—with the same financial security, the small-scale activities that suit you, comfortable private transfers, and personalized service on-site? That’s exactly where I want to make a difference with Wide Inside.
